STEM organizations present to K-12 educators, administrators, and STEM enthusiasts about opportunities that school districts and organizations can incorporate into their programming. Booths will provide one-to-one conversations about STEM programs available in Michigan. Grant opportunities will be highlighted during the day. |

Amy Oliver
President of the Michigan Mathematics and Science Center Network
Amy Oliver has been the director of the Allegan / Van Buren Mathematics and Science Center since its inception in 1993. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Biology, Secondary Professional Teaching Certification and Master’s Degree in Science Education from Western Michigan University. In addition to experience and background in teaching High School Biology and K-12 science education, she has worked as an educational training consultant in the business and industry sector. She has been a member of the Michigan Math & Science Centers Network since 1993 and has served in several leadership capacities including the Executive Committee, and Chair of both the Visioning Committee and the Assessment Project. She currently serves as President of the Network. Her expertise is in facilitating and coordinating STEM professional learning for educators as well as the coordination and delivery of student STEM programming and services through partnerships and collaborations.
